individual have some inner negotiators within themselves. These inner
negotiator have their own interests and preferred outcomes just like in an
        business organization.
To draw an analogy, let us identify these inner negotiators in to four.
These inner negotiators govern your capacity to dream about the future, to
analyze and solve problems, to build relationships with people, and to take
effective action. Each one enables you with its own skills, unique
characteristics, and particular values about leading and living.
The dreamer within ourselves fuels our ability to innovate, and sees a
world with full of possibilities. He is similar to a CEO of an organization.
The next negotiator is the thinker. This part helps us to analyze and
evaluate. Empower a person to make judgement on complex issues. We can
say this negotiating element is the CFO of an organization.
Now comes the HR part of an individual. This part is led by emotions
and knows how to buildup and manage relationships.
Finally the will power to take hard decisions like a COO. Not willing to
hear any excuses but believe in action and take tough calls to reduce the
        costs and bring results.
